•Started as a Project executive in the organization and currently heading the below graduate program for the Mumbai region as an Assistant program manager and heading the communications for the entire India for the WISE Program of Youth4jobs.
•Under my guidance, our region has been leading for the past 4 years in India in terms of number of youth with disabilities connected to jobs and the and number of corporate sensitized and added to the network. During COVID-19 time my team trained the highest number of youth across India connected a sizable number to the job market across regions in India.
