Professional Experience:
Worked on sustaining the intrinsic motivation of ~2000 Government Primary School Teachers by creating an enabling environment within the system at the cluster (67), block (11) and district level (1). This was achieved by the creation of cluster level networks as a platform for teachers to share their common challenges and work on them using the fundamental of “Action Research” as per the National Curriculum Framework for School Leaders. We also worked on building the essential skills of the cluster (NPRCC) and block (ABRCC) level representatives to enable them to lead the change efficiently.
Operational Aspects:
1) facilitating Government school teachers to run a network of 35 each with monthly meetings and Monitoring.
2) Working on SELs’ capacity development on motivation, skills, content, and process of Government school teachers through various Institutes and Training workshops.
3) Develop knowledge on existing in-service and other capacity development training for the teacher.

Program Design and Impact Evaluation:
1) Strengthening Communications through the design of program report and internal team communications.
2) Using data of the change in the classroom practices and reflective learning to track each aspect of the program.
3) To support the SIEF (World Bank funded) study conducted to evaluate the impact of the programme with ID Insight and Pratham (ASER).
Working towards System Enablement:
1) Build key relationships in both blocks and District level officials to ensure that a learning focus is created in each school that STIR project is impacting.
2) Leading teams of Government primary school teachers and building collaborative relationship with government officials in Raebareli District for STIR program resulting in smooth operations.
3) Build Capacity for Govt. Primary Teachers (Education leader) and a government official for each stage through institutes and training.
Education:
I have a Master in Social Work in Livelihood and Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and Graduation in Social Work in Rural Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tuljapur (Rural Campus).
