Since Oct’13: Ernst and Young LLP Consultant for IPMS project Funded by BMGF and DFID, this project aims to create an ICT based system leveraging mobile technology and a Call Centre to create a integrated performance management system to create a performance management system. Role & Responsibility ? Coordination with Government of Bihar and various development partners ? As a member of Project Management Team, help gathered the requirement and creating the ToR and RfP for the project.
Since May’12-May’13: The World Bank, Patna Consultant with RDD for CPSMS project Being executed by office of Controller General of Accounts (CGA) Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System (CPSMS), aims to create a system to track flow of fund to ultimate beneficiary for all Centrally Sponsored and Central Sector Scheme. It is also establishing a web-based online transaction system for fund management and e-payment to implementing agencies and beneficiaries. The primary objective of CPSMS is to establish an efficient fund flow system and expenditure network. CPSMS also provides various stakeholders with a reliable and meaningful management information system and an effective decision support system.
Growth Path May’12-May’13: Short Term Consultant, The World Bank Role & Responsibility ? Managing the funds to the tune of Rs. 2000 crores of Rural Development Department ? Coordinating with various banks and other government departments ? Providing feedback to CPSMS development team Noteworthy Credits ? Rolled out the first phase in 37 District, within 15 days ? Jan’09-May’12: Glodyne Technoserve Limited, Patna as Associate Vice President An ambitious project of Government of Bihar to create a biometrically de-duplicated data base of rural resident of state and to issue a smart card to all enrolled residents which can be used for implementation of all bio metric authentication based service system, To start with, system is being used for implementation of MGNREGA and Financial Inclusion Growth Path Jan’09-May’10 : Manager Jun’10-Mar’11 : Senior Manager Apr’11-May’12 : Associate Vice President Role & Responsibility ? Handled two large size projects e-Shakti and Financial Inclusion simultaneously ? Led a team of approx 70 “On Roll” and more than 250 ‘Off Roll” employees ? Responsible for timely delivery of services for both the projects, which included o An application to facilitate “end to end” technology based paperless system for implementation of MGNREGA o An application to provide various banking services to more than 20 Lakh rural people through Business correspondence model o Capacity Building of Stake holders to facilitate the proposed “paradigm shift” in the way MGNREGA is being executed o “Awareness and Sensitization” exercise for stakeholders o A call centre for grievance redressal.
