In USA: Worked as a Behavioural Specialist Consultant / Social Worker / Psychotherapist / Addiction Counsellor with American Schools, NOG's, Deaddiction centres, Recovery House, families and Hospitals for six years on the issues of Addictions, Mental Health & Autism. Having experience working with international communities with multilingual, multicultural Americans like African Americans, Caucasians, Spanish and Asians. Worked on the issues of Addiction, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health, and Participated Fund Raising for CARE international organisation in USA and Sensitized USA Senators for funding to eradicate world poverty at Capitol Hill, USA.
In India: Worked as a Capacity Building officer of Positive Speakers Academy with NTP+ funded by UNICEF. Focused on Reducing Stigma & Discrimination and trained them to speak publicly about positiveness of HIV / AIDS infected individuals.

Employment: Worked with local municipal corporation (BMC) to provide free training under SJSRY govt. scheme to below poverty line. Helped more than 1500 Beneficiary to get free govt. training to start their own small scale business.
Women Empowerment: Helped slum women to organised and create Women Self Help Groups, while later on got free trainings from govt. and started their small scale business.
Natural Disaster Relief: Mumbai Flood Relief Program. Surveyed Andheri to Ambernath flood affected area and people and organised immediate help for needy affected families. Distributed utensils, grains, cloths, mats etc. (daily household material) with the help of Jumbudvipa Trust and Manuski Pune, before local municipal help reached.
Education: Founded School for School drop-outs children under the Maharashtra Govt. Scheme of Mahatma Phule Shikshan Hami Yojna in Kurla and handed over to Saint Jude Church, Kurla.
Human Right Issue: Fight for raped adivashi women against district forest dept. and local police authority. Worked with Dalit & Adivashis for their rights.
Mid-Day Meal Scheme: Conducted study on Mid-Day Meal Scheme presented ground reality with case studies to commissioner to eradicate malpractice / corruptions.
