My PhD thesis covers all the aspects of HR in Small Scale Industries. Explain the reasons for lagging behind the large and organized industries and in terms of developing their workforce. These days Government of India has been taking initiatives in developing Small Scale Industries and their workforce .The workforce in these Industries have always been a neglected part. Traditional pattern of work are still followed instead of modern and new technologies are till the date have not been introduced. This research work provides me knowledge and confidence to look for my career further in research & teaching.

Attended National Conference on Managing Change in evolving Economic Scenarios at MDI Campus, Gurgaon organised by ASSOCHAM in December 2017. I presented on topic “Impact of Changing Organisations and HR Practices on Small Scale Industries”.
Attended National Conference on Role of IQAC in enhancing the quality of education in higher education institutes” in January 2018. I presented on topic “Imparting and Monitoring on the Job training and development in Small Scale Industries”.
