Professional Experience:

I am born and brought up and studied in the state of Gujarat, India. I Have worked with five District Cooperatve Milk Producers units including the Rajkot District Cooperative Milk Producers Union- one of the Amul’s member Unit for nearly seven years as a Chief Executive officer ( CEO ) and as CEO of Junagadh Diay – a Unit of mother Dairy Fruits & Vegetables P Lt- Which was converted to Maahi Milk Producers Company. I have also worked with the National Dairy Development Board , Anand for nearly 15 years. I am a Veterinary Graduate and have obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from India’s Premier Institute- IRMA. I have more than 40 years of work experience in the field working at grass root level with the farmers.
Besides , as a CEO of four different units I have also performed all the Roles and Responsibilities you are expecting from the desired candidate. During the 34 years of work experience that I have , You will find that ,except for the Fund Raising , I have exhibited all the capacities.I had undertaken Watershed Development work at Rajkot. I have rich experience in working with the farmers at the Grass root level and organising Women and Youth Self Help Group to enable them undertake economic and livelihood activities.
