Post my bachelors I worked with Institute for Paediatric Orthopaedic Disorders for 2 and half years where my basic job responsibility were:
• Managing the clinic and its operations.
• Organizing & conducting outreach camps across India, spreading awareness about government health programs, policies & insurance scheme.
• Training new staff.
• Record keeping of the patients.
Post my Master in Public Health i worked with Impact India Foundation- Lifeline Express for two year, where my job responsibilities were:-
• Identification of project location, preparation and execution of the Lifeline Express (LLE) project.
• Ensuring the monitoring, evaluation, report preparation and submission.
• Managing the finance & accounts of Lifeline Express projects.
• Coordination with India Railways, Government officials, corporate houses, doctors and foreign volunteers for smooth implementation of the project.
• Inventory management for medicines, surgical consumables, instruments and other assets of LLE.
• Ensuring smooth running of Lifeline Express and delivery of its benevolent services.
• Ensuring maintenance of Lifeline Express in coordination with head office and Indian Railways.
• Assist Head office in coordination with Ministry of Railways and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to seek necessary permission.
