Have worked as a medical officer for a period of 3 months working with various departments. Then joined Post graduation in Community Medicine, where I have worked in various capacities ranging from an external monitor in the ICDS programme, Pulse Polio, Mission Indradhanush. Have been part of a survey to assess the morbidity of Endosulfan spray in North Karnataka and survey to assess the magnitude of the Iodine Deficiency disorders. My thesis was on prevalence of anaemia among adolescents. Also been a part of the Breast cancer and cervical cancer screening in the community.
