I am working as a Development Professional with an exprience of total 10 years in the Development Sector. I have pursued my career in the development sector since 2011 in the field of sustainable agriculture, livelihood, rural development and currently working for the empowerment of children and adolescents in the field of Education, Protection, Nutrition & Health. During the course of my career, I have gained experience in the following:
1)Project implementation according to the planned activities.
2)Developing MIS Format for evaluation of projects, collection of data from field level compilation of district & State MIS reports, analysing the data using SPSS.
3)Field visit, monitoring and interacting with community members, stakeholders
4)Strong command of report writing, documentation, compilation and generation of State reports for submission to Government departments as well as to funding agencies,
5)Liaison with the Government officials, organizing trainings and workshops, imparting trainings to the community members.
6)I have helped in recruitment and capacity building of staffs at the field level. Also I have provided support in proposal writing, budget preparation,setting of output, outcome indicators, log frame etc.
7)Knowledge on different policies viz. Child safeguarding policy, HIV Policy, Gender policy, Anti Corruption policy, Village level & Ward Level Child Protection Committees, Child Cabinet, Child Parliament, some child protection laws etc.
8)In addition to this I have managed a team of Project Coordinators and Field Facilitators when I was responsible for managing the duties at the district level. The managerial role involved their recruitment process, capacity building, monitoring, providing hand holding support etc.
9)I have worked with other NGO partners and also have gained knowledge on the empowerment of adolescents and gender issues during the course of my career and some also have some knowledge on Child protection issues.
10)Provided support to the organization while planning for strategic planning and direction.
11)I have also experience of working with private donors and have worked in research based projects.Have the capacity to work under pressure with delivery of the prescribed work within the time frame.
Apart from these, I was part of projects based on adaptation to climate change in Sundarbans, Disaster Risk Reduction, Sustainable agriculture and economic empowerment of women through income generation programs. I have also worked for linkage of beneficiaries to different Govt. Schemes,handled projects based on disaster management, conducting PRA, formation of Diaster Risk Reduction force, formation of village level, GP level & Block level committee. I can adapt in a new environment quite fast and effectively and have strong proficiency in both writing and verbal communication of English and Bengali. Besides this I have working knowledge of Hindi as well (both written & verbal).

i) Completed M.SC. in Integrated Rural Development & Management fro Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, Narendrapur with 74%.
ii)Completed B.Sc. in Environment & Water Management from B.B. College under Burdwan University with 65%
iii) Passed AISSCE from Burnpur Riverside School in 2005 with 66%.
iv) Passed ICSE from St. Patrick's H.S. School in 2003 with 76%
