During my career span of 15 yrs I have covered the entire gamut of HR including Recruitment, Appraisal system,Training, different welfare and admin activities.
My profile did not broadly cover certain assignments within quotes but it used to be certain other need based activities as per Management's requirement.

I had my schooling and pre-degree studies from the State Education Board in Orissa. Completed my Graduation from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, with History and Political Science as core subjects.
Had a brief stint of work experience for a period of 2 years with Operation Mobilisation, India. It is an International NGO specially working among different groups of people in the society including the youth, the poor and under privileged who does not understand the meaning of life.
Then I joined an entry level secular job in Aurangabad, Maharashtra and worked as a Personnel Assistant for a period of 3.5 years during which time I felt the need for a professional degree.
Took admission in the full time diploma of 2 years in Faculty of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Rural Management,Jaipur. Upgraded my knowledge and business skill through various individual and group assignments, Projects, Presentations and interactive sessions in the campus.
Presently in Mumbai for last 12 yrs and is presently on the look out for a job in the development sector.
I firmly believe that development sector in India or abroad is the real platform where a committed professional finds a career worth performing in different type of consulting activities.
Presently pursuing a diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society of Training and Development, New Delhi.
Hope my academics, work experience, aspirations in life boosted up with good communication skills with surely reward me a meaningful career in the Development sector especially in the consulting field.
