I am currently working as a Regional Manager-Quality (Monitoring & Auditing) in Quess Corp Ltd, based out of Bangalore. I have 4 years of post MBA experience in Skill Development sector in DDU-GKY and PMKVY projects in Odisha, Chhattisgarh and South India.
I am currently working as a Regional Manager-Quality for south region in Quess Corp Ltd. I am responsible for internal audit and Quality implementation of DDU-GKY and PMKVY projects in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu and Maharashtra. I manage a team of Asst. Managers and State Quality executives posted in the south region for DDU-GKY and PMKVY projects.My role involves monitoring the project as per the guideline and standards and prepare weekly and monthly report to rate the performance of the trainers, center managers and center.
