Professional Experience: |
·Employed by UNV India under a joint project of UNV, UNDP & Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports,
Govt of India. Appointed as District Youth Officer, Nehru Yuva Kendra.
·Responsible for the overall implementation of Programs, Schemes and Administration of the
district office of the department.
·Maintaining close liaison with District Administration, developmental departments & NGOs.
·Promoting the self-reliant Youth Clubs;
·Identifying training needs of Youth club functionaries and organizing training programmes;
·Assessing the needs and problems of various sections of youth in the district;
·Preparing the Annual Action plan of programmes and activities, proper programmes and activities
·Assisting Youth Clubs/NGOs in the formulation of project proposals under Schemes of Financial
Assistance of Central Government Departments/Agencies;
·Preparing village, block and district profiles;
·Preparing documentation and circulation of supportive and publicity material, maintenance or
records and reports;
Earlier in my role as District Consultant in
Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation my responsibilities are
·Meet the District Administration and update them about the status of the skill training program in
the district.
·To participate in the organization of the District Employment Fair organized by the Employment
department.
·Inspection of skill development centre (SDC) run by RSLDC approved training partner and
reporting to District Manager.
·Facilitate in conducting of Assessment of trained youth.
·Liaison with all district level govt. official for smooth automation of work.
·Designing course modules for various training program proposed within the district as per
guidance and instruction of District Collector.
