I started work as management information officer in Institute for Development Education and Action,just after my masters had finished. Here, I was responsible of accumulation, arrangements and analysis of data. Here I worked for 1year 3months.
Then, I had joined Girls First Project of an International organisations named CorStone India Foundation as monitoring and evaluation associate from December 2015 to May 2016.
After that I got again an opportunity to join Girls First project as program officer monitoring and evaluation. This project worked partnership with State governments of Bihar with objective of well-being of girls of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya.
