2. Worked as General Supervisor from April 1978 to September 1979 with M/s Buckswyn Engineers, #67, IDC, Mehrauli Road Gurgaon, Haryana.
3. worked as Supervisor from Oct 1979 to December 1981 with M/s Industriano Pvt. Ltd. Alwar Road Gurgaon, Haryana.
Experience in Gurgaon Gramin Bank(Now Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank):-
Joined Gurgaon Gramin Bank on 04.01.1982 as probationary officer. Elevated as Incumbent-In-Charge of a Branch on 15.07.1982. Promoted as Scale-II officer in October 1998. Promoted as Scale - III officer (Senior Manager) in October 2007 and promoted as Scale- IV officer (Chief Manager) in December 2012. During my service tenure in Bank, headed 9 Branches with excellent performance as Incumbent-In-Charge situated in all the parts of service area of GGB comprised in 7 Districts of Haryana. Worked in Head Office 4 times in various departments-
a. July 1990 to Sep. 1993 (Loan Deptt.).
b. Aug. 1996 to October 1998 (Inspection & Audit Deptt).
c. July 2006 to October 2007 (Inspection & Audit Deptt).
d. Since October 2010 (Upto Dec 2012 - Inspection & Audit Deptt. Thereafter Loan Deptt).
Worked as Regional Manager (Regional office - Sonipat) from 7th July 2008 to 8th October 2010. Opened 8 Branches, one Regional office as Regional Manager and had been instrumental in selection of about 15 sites for opening of new Branches.
