Post MBBS I joined Government of Maharashtra health services as Medical officer at Rural hospital Uran for a brief time of 6 months before I joined my Post graduation course. After completing MD in Community Medicine, I worked as Assistant Professor in Mamta Medical College Khammam, Telangana in the Department of Community Medicine for a brief period of six months. During my Post-graduation, I worked as WHO external Monitor for NPSP program for brief duration of time Then I joined my current organization to pursue my ambition to work in public health. I worked as Program Officer in the field in different districts of Jharkhand on Quality Family Planning in Jhpiego since 2016 before moving to Jharkhand state office, Ranchi in July 2018 supporting state Program team I worked on the Quality of care program for the development of contextualized evidence-based model for quality family planning profile. In my current program I am responsible for drafting evidence-based advocacy strategies, training and managing program. I work closely with government and other stakeholders to support and system strengthening through advocacy efforts at district and state for family planning.

I completed MBBS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in 2009 and I pursue MD Community medicine from Dr D Y Patil Univeristy Pune in 2015.

I am a qualifies trainer as per Jhpiego’s training pathway, with experience capacity building of medical /paramedical staff during training sessions for Minilap tubectomy, Ancillary staff training for minilap tubectomy IUCD and other family planning contraception methods, as well as on-site support during supportive supervision visits.
