Professional Experience: |
During my time at Oracle India Private Limited as Senior Deal Specialist in its Gurgaon office, I was involved and responsible in reviewing, drafting and negotiating of various contractual documents relevant to the organization in India. I was actively involved in drafting, negotiating and reviewing of all the non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, and providing and assisting trainings to the business team within the organization. My work and efforts in the company won me two prestigious Oracle Employee awards during my stint with the organization. The organization being an employee oriented company not only gave me the growth and development required in my work profile, but also the opportunity to continue with my interest, which is working and volunteering with the Christian Legal Association (CLA) in Delhi. I have also worked with and represented various financial institutions and banks, as my role as legal associate in Khaitan Sud & Partners, in preparing their financing documents for funding of various projects. My work profile being more of transactional involved drafting and reviewing of financing and security documents for various banks and financial institutions in connection with the funding of various projects, like thermal power plant, solar power project, road projects, etc. Having worked for corporate organizations in cross border transactions and other domestic transactions, and also opting International Development Law and Human Rights in my post graduate study, I believe that I will be able to contribute in the key transactions and internal policies that an organization undertake from different perspective.
