CNI Synodical Board of Social Services

-Monitoring, Evaluation & Documentation Officer for PACS (Dfid Project) programme for excluded communities in Jalpaiguri and Malda (West Bengal).
-Key responsibilities were Project review and monitoring, financial and programmatic record keeping and reporting, tracking the expected outcome and output under the project and also maintain the MIS of project data. Developed IEC material for field areas on MGNREGA, ICDS, Midday Meal and Forest Rights Act, newsletters and case studies.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited: Corporate Social Responsibility
Education project in Uran, Maharashtra

-Identified communities in Uran where BPCL was associated.
Established contact persons from each village for BPCL.
Raised awareness regarding the Right to Education Act amongst the school children and their parents (Uran) through home visits.
Identified and worked with the inactive Village Education Committee (VEC) on their roles and responsibilities.
Organised an important meeting in Uran where the VEC members, Zilla Parishad school principals (of the schools which BPCL funded), citizens of Uran met the executives from BPCL for the first time.
Conducted a study on the CSR initiatives on three corporates by interviewing the concerned officers - ICICI, HDFC Bank, BPCL.
Developed proposals and Memorandum of Understanding.
Devised a syllabus to be taught at the Zilla Parishad schools at Uran.

United Way Mumbai, Intern

-Resource mobilisation for various projects under United Way Mumbai Helpline:
a- Research on CSR mandates of various corporates in Mumbai.
b- Initiated contacts with the CSR officers in select corporates and set up meetings.
