Professional Experience: |
I have work experience at grassroot level, at network agency, government agency as well as managerial level. Some of the notable experiences are:
• In current position, developed the state level strategy, inception report, framework for implementation of Monitoring evaluation learning and documentation project for Integrated Watershed Management Program. Prepared Methodologies, Indicators and tools for data collection for the same.
• SIRD as a nodal agency for capacity building in rural development department of Gujarat, I played important role to build the capacity of staffs in subject of watershed program i.e. Integrated Watershed Management Program. I have developed manuals and modules for trainings, state level strategies for capacity building programs, prepared concept notes for new strategies, organized workshops and seminars, and handled monitoring and evaluation assignment of watershed projects.
• Sajjata sangh(DSC) is a network of 31 NRM based renowned organization including AKKRSPI, DSC, Sadguru Foundation, BAIF, DSC, FES etc. I played crucial role as agriculture officer by developing programs for partner organizations on subject of agriculture. Provide technical support to partner organizations through organizing workshops; prepare concept notes, case studies, project report document, annual reports, budget & annual action plan, Agri-based material etc. The whole program is to support the partner organizations in concept of watershed-plus (livelihood).
• Experience of other organizations trained and educated me at grassroot level by working with farmers, women farmers, Self Help Groups, Farmers group etc.
