Started Carrier as a office assistant for one year, after completing Graduation worked as a Instructor for English Language and Personality Development in a private institute. After completing MBA worked on Executive post for 2 years and then joined Azim Premji Foundation and began to understand basics of Education and its issues. Developed myself as a Language Specialist and learned to conduct capacity building programs including workshops, discussion, meeting sessions and classroom support programs for teachers. Also prepared relevant articles, write ups and other documents to support academic progress of teachers and functionaries related to education. I have also done a thorough study of policy papers, documents related to education. In my current role I prepare annual plan for the district including budgeting. I support and manage team of 16 people which is increasing every year. In the district it is my responsibility to maintain a healthy working environment for team both externally and internally. Building relation with Functionaries, Suggesting them areas in which they can make plans for development, suggesting them tools and techniques for capacity building of stakeholders etc.
