A snapshot of Sundaram Chandrasekaran
I have been a corporate HR and Training professional for over 28 years having started my career with SAIL as a Management Trainee in 1981. My last formal employment was with Reliance Communications, a member of ADA Group, where I served for about seven years. In my assignment with RCOM, I was the head for Training of their Network Business and later Head-Business HR for the Karnataka Circle at Bangalore.
During my corporate career spanning close to three decades, I have acquired various skills in the HR and OD domain in addition to some in the area of management audit and commercial functions. My expertise would cover:

Our offerings here include complete range of professional services required by any corporate – right from incorporation services to legal, accounting, audit, secretarial, liaison, assistance in central excise and customs matters, IPR matters etc – including winding up and BIFR assistance.

I have BSc in Statistics (with Mathematics and Mathematical Economics) and MA in Criminology. I have also done a 9-month full time program in management (for management trainees of SAIL). I have also completed a 3-year BAL program on Law. I have been a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 QMS and internal auditor for TL 9000 QMS
