Period- June, 2012 – till date
- Established a new Business Development and marketing strategic agenda that brings sustainability into business by reaching the unreached markets of smallholders in India
- Developed and piloted innovative business models, Project Nirmiti (Entrepreneurship model in East India) and Wheat Project (Farmer Producers’ Company model in Central India)

- Led project (in W. India) aimed at improving seed replacement ratio among smallholders, best practices in Agronomy and providing crop solutions in Rice as well as vegetables, thereby enhancing yields and growing farmers’ income
- Introduced Syngenta high value hybrids and crop solutions in to the backward markets of India to grow better crops

- Replicated the project activities of Syngenta Foundation India, to E. Africa (Kenya) primarily to promote low cost green-house technology and water harvesting method
