Wockhardt Foundation –Since July 2016:
Working as a General Manager, operations, Mobile 1000. I am in charge of overall operations of Mobile Medical Units(MMUs) for 10 states. The job profile includes all steps from launch of MMUs to their successful operation. Everyday operations of a MMU includes monitoring the MMUs to run on time with SOPs in place, supervision of field teams, taking care of all maintenance and repair of the vans, ensuring availability of the medicines and other primary health care supplies on the van all the time, resolving al day-to-day operational issues, being SPOC for the funding partners, taking care of financial and annual reports etc.
Society for Social Welfare and Ultra Poor– September 2013 to August 2014:
Worked with ‘State Society for Ultra Poor and Social Welfare’, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar. It was a government organisation working for upliftment of disabled, old age persons and beggars. The society was running a program for beggars’ rehabilitation. My job profile included providing counselling to beggars who were brought by outreach workers to the centre for their rehabilitation. We provided them identity cards for citizen entitlement. The society ran a vocational training centre for beggars. We interected and ran literacy classes for them in this centre. The job also included accompanying the beneficiaries to the banks for opening bank accounts and supporting the beneficiary groups. We tried to make sure through empathy and support that they completed the vocational training program.
Children Home, Patna : September, 2011 to August, 2013
Worked in ‘Apna Ghar’, children home, Patna. My job profile there was to improve and upgrade overall atmosphere of the Children Home by first taking up educational activities with children of the Home and gradually to work on every aspect of their life. During my tenure there, I initiated classroom structure to provide formal education to children staying there so that they can be admitted to schools. Also I continuously advocated and put up proposals to higher authorities for appointing some house mothers, for appointment of teachers there and also for increasing manpower for various other jobs. Due to these continuous efforts, house mothers, additional teachers and some other staff were appointed in the ‘Home’.

I did my graduation in Electrical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology, Jiwaji University in First division.
