With presence in 12 states, major work areas has been in implementing CSR projects of various Corporates, Local area education and economic development solutions with focus on Rural Entrepreneurship
Responsibilities/Achievements as Chief Executive Officer & General Secretary include:
Policy and Board relations: Pursued diversified partnerships with policymakers, multilaterals, corporations,foundations and individuals to raise Organization’s visibility; Successfully designed new organizational systems for increased efficiency and effectiveness; Established a plan for transformation of SEEDS into a hub for Sustainable Rural Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship; Liaised with the Governing Body to develop policies and programmes
Project Management: Provided operational, fiscal and strategic leadership to improve results. Successfully directed complex, mission-driven projects from concept to fully operational status; Administered and Supervised more than 30 Skill Development, Education and Agri-solutions projects ranging in value from $20,000 to $45,000,000 impacting lives of more than 12000 youth, farmers and women; coordinated with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables

YUGANTAR
Responsible for proposal writing, project implementation, monitoring and coordinating various projects at Yugantar.
Monitoring and evaluation of a skill development initiative for the urban unemployed youth in the city of Hyderabad, in partnership with Tech Mahindra Foundation. Over the past twelve months, the “Tech SMART” team successfully trained more than 800 unemployed youth and providing employment for them
Played a key role in the formation of a non political civil society platform “Hyderabad Zindabad”, working on the issues of governance, infrastructure, heritage, civic engagement and budgeting in the city of Hyderabad.
Coordinated training programs for citizen activists and Residential Welfare Associations in the city on aspects of governance, infrastructure, health and education.
Played a key role in ideation, proposal writing and implementation of short and long-term development projects such as the Ministry of Rural Development’s Integrated Watershed Management Program etc., Funders include the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, Action Aid India, IDRC and others.

Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism, Osmania University: I've chosen this course to get wider exposure on varied range of topics across the development spectrum. I have been freelancing for various digital magazines such as firstpost.com, scroll.in and yahoo originals apart from contributing to the news tabloid published by the university. A paper on advocacy by the media for dalit cause co-authored by me was published in the college journal.An article on urban development- the new capital region of residual AP co-authored by me and published in Yahoo Originals has won the prestigious Mumbai Press Club's Red Ink Award for Excellence in Journalism Award,2016.
