At ICICI RSETI, My responsibilities include designing, implementation, monitoring of quality assurance and enhancement activities for training programs, which are:
1. Learning Level Evaluation: An Evaluation system to monitor alignment of trainee’s skills post training with market needs.
2. Trainer’s Evaluation: To understand the training needs for trainers.
3. Trainee’s Evaluation: To assess periodical skill building in trainees during training program
4. Trainee’s selection process: To correctly map trainee’s aptitude with the trade of training.
