Professional Experience: |
Being associated with social development sector at the grass-root level, I have worked on various projects that required community-level interaction and continuous engagement with other NGOs and stakeholders working in the remotest areas across India. It has given me an insight and exposure into the problems and solutions concerning the different communities and regions.
During my career, I have managed and implemented multiple projects in India, Kenya and Nepal. Some of the key projects include piloting DEISPI (Dynamic and Decentralized Education Information System for Planning & Improvement) which is a tool to improve learning levels, instructional quality, school infrastructure & management, and educational policy planning. Besides this, I have worked on projects concerning road workers children education, hunger and nutrition, renewable energy, relief and rehabilitation across Himalayan region.
