Knowledge Manager at Sterlite Tech Foundation (Mumbai) - an organization working in the space of education technology, I am responsible for key initiatives in content creation and curation, communication, data analysis and preparation of recommendation documents for the Department of Education. Previously worked as State Program Manager with Azim Premji Foundation for Development (a pioneer in the field of public education and Teacher Professional Development) responsible for operations across 11 districts in the state of Rajasthan. Possess excellent communication, documentation, and program management skills as well as field experiences, and a strong professional background in Education, Field-Research, International Taxation, and Equity Strategy and Management. Previously in the Corporate sector, I have demonstrated interest and active participation in CSR initiatives and thereafter transitioned from Finance (to Development sector) by utilizing the key transferable skills such as program management, research, communication, as well as field experiences.
