Role
• Handling the planning and distribution for the ITC in Punjab
• Liaising with the parties and following up to ensure the timely and correct dispatches
• Managing the operational expenses and to ensure the proper flow of money for day to day expenses
• Planning the layout depending on material movements to fast moving area to reduce movement of materials
Accomplishments
• Efficiently achieved the landmark of top 3 warehouses for 6 consecutive terms in heavy throughput from the position of 18th in a period of 9 months. Attained 1st rank in the month of October 13.
• Received appreciations from ITC and the prize for the operational efficiency
• Entrusted with the responsibility of weakest warehouse based on performance in a span of 3 months of joining
• Controlled the discrepancies generated in packing from factory end with checking procedures in Warehouse; which resolved the complaints from the customers.
