I finished my Matriculation from Board of Secondary Education, Odisha with First class and Intermediate in Science (PCBM) from Council of Higher secondary Education, Odisha, I passed with 2nd class (Distinction) from Sambalpur University, Odisha with Zoology Honors and Botany and Industrial Fish and Fisheries as subjects also I have passed Master of Fisheries Science from Department of Applied Aquaculture, Barkatullah University, Bhopal, M.P. with First division. I have completed MSW from MANAV BHARATI University from distance mode also I have completed all theory parts of MARD from IGNOU and also completed Certificate course in Empowering women through Self Help Groups.

I have successfully completed many certificate courses like 6 months course from IGNOU on Empowering Women Through Self Help Groups, and subject specific courses from world repute institutions like CIFA, IMAGE etc.
I have helped in sucessfull completion of many Govt. projects like DPAP (Drought Prone Area Programme), (WORLP) Western Orissa Rural Livelihoods Project)and JEEBIKA and IWMP (Integrated Watershed Management Programme).
I Have successfully implemented many livelihoods based activities for rural people especially from fisheries sector and also other Land based, Non land based and Non Wood Forest Sector activities for upliftment of rural poor by evaluating their local needs.
