Professional Experience: |
? I am Supporting the implementation of Resilient Agricultural Systems for Smallholder farmers in Rain-Fed Areas of Bihar, India (IRRAS-II) project. Along with that, I supported the project preventing Child Migration by Strengthening Livelihood and education.
? My responsibility is to monitor and guide partner teams at all stages of the project cycle and responsible for facilitating strong relationships with agriculture extension stakeholders of GoB, Private vendors and NGOs in Bihar. I am also supporting accountability through coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting partners in their efforts to collect and analyze project data per specified mechanisms and tools.
? Support District teams in rapport building with district-level women and child protection officials and agri allied departments. I also provide support to develop, review and monitor program budgets and facilitate cash forecasting in compliance with CRS' financial management standards.

I have done Master in Social work from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I completed it in the year 2009. After that, I did an Advocacy internship at National Center For Advocacy Study (PUNE). Which helped me to learn a various people-centered advocacy style and got the oppertunity to widen my knowledge level on various scales.
