Professional Experience: |
An MBA from FMS Delhi, I've spent more than 6 years development/social impact space. As a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow, I've worked in a remote left-wing extremist-effected district in Jharkhand to improve last mile public service delivery. At the Chief Secretary's office, the focus was on making pragmatic recommendations and driving innovative programs and processes at scale. As a Teach for India fellow, I've taught in a Govt. school in Pune and spent the summer at Teach for China. Most recently, I've focused on using data-driven insights towards improving the implementation and effectiveness of Antara’s programs, drive advocacy efforts to increase the saliency of child nutrition and explore demand-side interventions at the grassroots
