Professional Experience:
I am PhD in Social Sciences and possess eight years of work experience out of which 5 years of experience in research in different areas of social development.
As you will see from work experience details, I worked as a consultant for Monitoring and Evaluation and a researcher, I’ve worked for DFID & GOI. I worked from education (evaluation of SSA, national achievement Tests) to public health with keen interest in working for prevailing health issues. My work experience covered following areas:

Research: Apt at using SPSS & SAS. Apt at Monitoring & Evaluation, report writing, development of training modules, manuals, experimental & qualitative research, statistical analysis, research design, management and collection of data. Making presentations, preparing reports for various meeting was my main responsibility in MoHFW (Mystery of Health and Family Welfare).
My professional experiences have helped to develop my skills in areas of qualitative research. My writing experience includes international, national and state reports and published papers on various child & adolescents issues. My research work mainly focused on Health and Psychological issues. My research and writing experience include following:
• Aadhar Evaluation report
• National Achievement test Class III
• National Achievement test Class V etc.
I travelled all the project locations (Mandi, Solan, Shimla, Kinnaur in HP; gwuahati, Dibrugarh in Assam, Aurangabad, Mumbai in Maharashtra etc) for monitoring of data collection process and for collection of Qualitative (Individual interviews) data for Aadhar Report and Evaluation of COTPA.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Responsible for monitoring & Evaluation of SSA_ Aadhar initiative to improve basic numeracy and literacy skills under the contract of Mott MacDonald.
• Responsible for monitoring & Evaluation of HMIS_activities in Ministry of Health and family welfare, under the contract of Delloitte.
• Responsible for monitoring & Evaluation of COTPA implementation in John Hopkins University, Centre for Communication Program.
• Responsible for monitoring & Evaluation of Franchise Pre-Schools activities with National University for Educational Planning and Administration.

Project implementation: While writing is my passion, project management is the core of every Report. My role was to make sure that all parts of the project finish on time. The ability to juggle projects and never missing a deadline didn’t just develop through my professional experience. I was also responsible for forming effective collaborations with both individuals and groups with different agendas and different perspectives in order to complete projects and address program needs& monitoring performance of staff.
I am also apt at planning meeting, preparing agendas for meeting, doing all arrangements for meeting. I was responsible for the following projects as project coordinator:
