Professional Experience:
Co-ordination & Support
• Engage & Co-ordinate with North East state govt in Strategy Development & formulation of policies to support the implementation of DDU-GKY across the states.
• Plan & Propose the deployment of resources (including Manpower planning) at various levels of operations as per field requirements
• Helping the State in identifying the gaps in implementation & support in specific activities & technical assistance in thematic areas of MIS, Finance, M&E etc.
• On boarding of Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) as per the targets available with the state. Plan & organize capacity building programs for all the stakeholders of the North East-SRLMs & PIAs.
Project Monitoring and Performance Management Support
• Develop the Monitoring & Reporting tools for decision making on various aspects of delivery & implementation so as to keep a track of performance against overall goals of DDU-GKY.
• Plan & arrange for regular review meetings of PIAs, present the complete assessment of the PIA on all the parameters of performance.
• Identify implementation bottlenecks and suggest course corrections needed, at all the levels to improve outcomes
Overall administration and management CTSA.
• Planning & arranging of HR support as per the key deliverables of the contract, re-negotiation of existing deliverables as per the priorities of the State Govt.
• Liaison with SRLM for timely release of funds as per the terms of contract.
• Plan & execute the new business initiatives with existing clients & source new clients across the govt departments in North East.
Program implementation – Planned & developed the roadmap & rollout strategy for action plan state.
• Demand Side-Assessment & analysis of skilling & job demand of youth, identification of suitable/relevant trades & sectors, coordination with State Skill Mission & industry engagement

• Supply Side-Drafted & floated of RFP/EOI for identifying & engaging high quality PIAs within the skilling eco-system for new projects as per the requirement of the state.
• Ensure the proper appraisal, due diligence & risk assessment of new proposals, approval & post approval documentation (MIS, Sanction Orders, MoU etc.)
• Ensure quality training delivery & develop procedures & mechanism for performance tracking/management. Planning of mobilization/counselling strategies.
Significant Achievements & Contributions includes:
• Significant improvement (among top 5) in the ranking of States across the country.
• Established entire monitoring framework in the state as per the DDU-GKY guidelines.
• Leading a team of 6 professionals across 04 thematic areas for 35 projects at State level.
