•Overall 19+ years’ experience in Agri and allied sector Industry with diversified business companies including current experience of 4+ years as “Senior Manager” with BASIX Krishi Samruddhi Limited -INDIA, a group of BASIX company. Looking Agriculture Business Operations /Development, Administration management and Livelihoods promotion services.
•From Oct’2010 to till date working with BASIX Krishi Samruddhi Ltd, as Manger 2years and from Oct 2012 working as a Senior Manager looking Agri operations/ Business development.
•2 Years as Agri Manger worked in Bhavani Agricultural products Limited, an owned entity of Montrose international group, Canada.
•3years as Area Production Manger worked in Nusun genetics Limited, a group entity of VIBHA Seeds , handled Production operations in Telengana
•4 years as Regional Production Manager worked in Sri Sai Ram Spices & Seeds, handled different crops production operations/ Crop development under contract forming and SPICES export business development.

• 2008 | Established 2nd 100% EOU( Export Oriented Unit) with support of Montrose International Group-Canada and succeeded to get 100% EOU certificate as per statuary norms with production target achieved 50% more than business targets and exported as per projections.
• 2006 | Highest Yield recorded with 50% more yield and produced 3400MT of Hybrid paddy production in VIBHA Seeds
• 2003-2005 | Key person to make Sree Sairam Spices as premium quality spices supplier in SPICES board-INDIA, succeeded to get 100% trucks are approved in SPICES board with export QC norms.
• Developed a Gherkin hybrid called GY-4 under support of Dr.Jackstub, US.
• First time English vegetables introduces in Andhra Pradesh and developed new areas under contract farming @production per day is 100MT with in 2years.
