My last work involved with youth and marginalized people and on gender issues where jointly I was coordinating with Lead NGO to create networking with allied government departments department of Women & Child Development, Rural development, Social Justice and Empowerment, Education, etc to promote convergence with ongoing program of different ministries.

I have strong academic grounding in English Literature, History, Psychology and Sociology, after completing Bachelors I opted for post-graduation in English and then post -graduation in sociology and had starting working to purse my studies independently therefore I worked jointly as a research associate for one of the market study of SGSY for (Aide- et –Action)- an international organisation in Jaipur and simultaneously I pursued PhD on topic of Gender Inequality.
