Currently leading the nationwide communications at National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) whose primary purpose is to drive awareness among the masses on how to deal with natural and man-made disasters, promote the knowledge-sharing platform to build disaster resilience infrastructure and coordinate response. Responsible for planning campaigns on disaster awareness, internal & external communications, public relations, social media and thought leadership events for the organization.
Earlier, I worked with the Government of Gujarat as a Communications Consultant. My work involved Communications Research, Campaign Design & Strategy for Sanitation and Cleanliness drives in Rural India. My work was recognized as the best in the country by the Government of India.
I am a trained IT Engineer. This adds value to my current profiles in Communications. I am able to scale up my strategies to meet the current requirements of the convergence of mobile technologies and web-based communications.

I have done my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from DSCE Bangalore, affiliated to Vishveswaraiya Technological University, Karnakata.
