Professional Experience: |
I have worked as an intern in public health foundation of India,Hyderabad campus for two months and worked as a part of different projects.
Participated and volunteered in four medical camps of Operation Blessings India, the humanitarian wing of CBN, India held at different urban slums at Hyderabad in the month of May 2014.
As a part of my MPH course summer elective posting volunteered in Karuna Trust in BR Hills & Bangalore, Karnataka in order to observe the health systems of Karnataka for a period of 2 weeks in June 2014
As a part of my MPH course winter elective posting volunteered in Shalom Delhi Project of EHA,a home based HIV AIDs project for a week in Jan 2014.
Helped in conducting Dental Health Awareness Camps by free screening and free treatment in Government schools like Aringar Anna Boys Higher Secondary school and Government Girls High School,poonamallee from the department of Public Health Dentistry of Saveetha Dental College & Hospitals, Chennai.
Conducted FREE DENTAL HEALTH CHECK UP & TREATMENT CAMP at Push Trust Orphanage Home, Red hills, Chennai on November 2012 in which 50 Participated and were benefitted.
Have given Dental Health Educations to several patients in Saveetha Dental College & Hospitals, Chennai and created awareness of importance of oral hygiene and cleanliness.
Conducted several Anti-tobacco Counsellings and thus motivated many chronic smokers to quit smoking completely and was successful to a greater extent.

Broad scope in effecting dental care procedures such as pit and fissure sealing, performed procedures like scaling,polishing,root planning, amalgam ,composite, inlay restorations, Root canal treatments of anterior and posterior teeth with crowns, fabrication of fixed,removable,complete dentures, minor surgeries like extractions,curettage,periodontal surgeries like vesibuloplasty,fabrication of Hawley’s appliance to correct minor orthodontic problems, placing implants etc
