1)work mainly focuses on issues of women rights particularly focusing on Prevention of sexual harassment at workplace, gender justice, access to treatment cases for PLHIV, human rights education and diversity and inclusion. Her key expertise is undertaking trainings on POSH (Prevention on Sexual Harassment at Workplace), policy writing and research. )Conducted trainings on the issue of sexual harassment at workplace and its relevant laws for several corporates, government departments and garment industry.
2)Extensively worked on issues of sexual harassment at workplace act and its relevance to the Informal Sector and their right to protection from sexual harassment in the workplace.
3)Provided legal trainings on various human rights issues to students, NGO workers, law enforcing agencies and other professionals
4)Involved in providing legal empowerment to various marginalized communities and developing tools such as short films, handbooks, leaflets and IECs on various laws

13) Lead ‘Prayas’ project funded by UNDP & AusAID focusing on participatory drainage renovation involving the local communities and initiating an advocacy campaign to establish climate change resilient livelihood models in coastal areas of Odisha that are prone to disaster.Conducted focus group discussions among women self-help groups and village members by raising awareness about the issues of climate change, gender injustice, disaster risk reduction and adaptation
