I am an agribusiness professional with around 8 years of experience in banking and rural development sector. During my professional career, I have worked closely with farming community for their social and economic upliftment. My core competencies involve project management, conducting agri value chain studies and designing intervention strategies based on them, imparting and facilitating trainings for farmers and farmer organizations, conducting market research (surveys and focus group discussions) and liasioning with government agencies and other stakeholders for successful completion of the project. I am a strong leader who has good team building skills and accomplishes goals on time. While being a good leader, I am also an excellent team player, who not only aims for personal growth and learns from his seniors and team but also try to ensure that the team also grows along with him and try to mentor co-workers and juniors. I have experience of working on multiple projects with international development agencies and private donors. Over the years, I have grown with the organizations I have worked for and have assumed new and more challenging roles and responsibilities. While delivering my best, I also ensure that I uphold high standards of work ethics and integrity. I am supporting teams on projects in Rajasthan on Agricultural livelihood development ,Building rural enterprises, skills and human resources
Natural Resource Management (NRM) interventions and market linkages to the farmers by federating them in Farmer Producer Organization and further supporting them in linking with credit sources, markets and also capacity building of the functionaries including BoDs of the FPCs. Introduction of improved techniques of vegetable cultivation using good agriculture practices with farmers of Barmer along with the improvement in productivity of different existing crops like Perl Millet, Guar, Cumin, Isabgol and Caster are some of the challenging initiatives are being implemented under my leadership. Supporting partner organizations like SURE, BAIF and MPOWER towards strengthening community institutions, Dairy value chain, drinking water, Child and woman health initiatives in the project area are also some of my deliverables.

I am always part of capacity building and review team of the organization. My role is to design training modules, conduct training of the professionals and conducting mid-term and end term reviews of the programs of Agriculture and Watersheds followed by suggestion and further planning to take the project to the committed outcomes, engagement with partners for better management of the projects .
