Professional Experience: |
I have multi domain experience in marketing, engineering and technical support for the Scientific Instruments and gave technical presentations for strategic Business development for more than a year.
While pursuing post-graduation from Tata Institute of social sciences, the need of social sciences was well defined through various in depth field works which covers various domains like livelihood, education, tribal welfare, environment, poverty etc. In order to bring marginalized or isolated communities them out of deprivation, it is necessary to develop their capabilities and
provide them with various employment opportunities. The development of these capabilities depends on the notion of equity, where one is given more opportunities to develop themselves. This is the notion in which I believe and would like to work towards. I have learnt few of the required skills set while pursing my Masters and from while working in skill development sector. Managing teams, Provide training and motivation, Enrollments and placements, Industry networking, coordinating with NGO, Government, SHG’s to form partnership, report writing are few of them. Apart from this, I have comprehensive knowledge of PRA tools, Advocacy skills, Research Methodology, and Policy monitoring and implementation, impact Evaluation skills, Aware of Project Planning and Management, Rural Technology, Skills and Tools used for Rural Development and Community Development techniques, Livelihood appraisal.
