Professional Experience: |

I possess over 8 years of professional experience, 5 years of which is in monitoring and evaluation, programme quality, programme management, and fund raising. I am currently working with TechnoServe in the M&E Practice Group and am responsible to take various research studies to measure the primary and secondary impact of our projects. Prior to this, I was working with Catalyst Management Services, a research and evaluation consulting firm, as a Senior Consultant in Monitoring and Evaluation. I have worked as a Secretariat on a project of knowledge exchange community, Community of Evaluators (CoE), which aims towards promoting and enhancing theory and practice of evaluation in South Asia. I also have worked with Oxfam India in the MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and learning) department and was responsible for the overall program quality and also support MEL Manager to develop an MIS system for various ongoing projects.

I have Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) Bhopal. Prior to my PGDFM course, I did my Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan University.
