Technical Leadership: Had set up and managed the TSUs effectively in AP, MP and CG states for the respective State AIDS Control Societies, functional till date
New Initiatives: Successful in setting up Sankalp, an integrated HIV and RCH project in the state of Karnataka for ESIC, implemented for four years; Source Migration Project in UP awarded by NACO being implemented by HLFPPT;
Networking and advocacy: Executed BMGF funded Stakeholders Sensitization project on NACP III and DAPCU in AP, funded by BMGF through PHFI.
Has been anchoring strategic planning and organization development process of HLFPPT. Also handled knowledge management initiatives of HLFPPT such as learning center, innovations and documentation.
Provided leadership to strategic partnerships and business development division with focus on Institutional Business, CSR partnerships and Individual Fund Raising.
Lastly rolled out Global Fund supported project, Improving access to PPTCT Public Sector Services in three states viz., Bihar, CG and Odisha, as SR to Plan International India before leaving.

Besides English Literature, I hold Masters degree in Social Work from Osmania University, Hyderabad with specialization in Social Welfare and Social Development (1985-87). Also did MSc in Management of NGOs from London School of Economics during 1998-98 during my stint with CHAI on a scholarship.
