Professional Experience: |
I have over two decades of Corporate experience having handled multiple roles ranging from BFSI to Agriculture to Renewable energy ; and handling end to end P&L with functions from Business Development to Project management and Costing and support functions including HR and Business Finance. I have a keen interest in the Impact sector and I have worked with the Intellecap/Aavishkar group for a couple of years. I am looking to transition full time into the Impact space.
I currently work as an Advisor (Sr. Director)with Samhita, for about 9 months now, and I have been handling the Business acquisition , Implementation and Strategy for the four different business streams a) Revive, a 50 cr Returnable Grant platform, set up in conjunction with USAID, Omidyar Network and MSDF b) Healthcare Alliance for setting up interventions as a rapid response to Covid for Healthcare and Sanitation workers c) CSR Consulting business d) Social research business.
Prior to working with Samhita, I have spent a couple years with the Aavishkar/Intellecap group, where I was Co-Leading the Consulting practice. These two stints have been a gateway for me, in terms of my keenness and wanting to be a part of the Impact space.

I chose to do my Masters from IRMA over other B-Schools, post my Engineering, with a view to spend my professional career in the Rural/Impact sector - be it from the Corporate side, building businesses which impact the underserved population or with entities directly working with them.
