I have mare than 17 years of rich experience includes responsibilities such as Women Empowerment, Public Health and Girl Child Development & Nutrition. I am currently associated with IPE Global Limited as Regional Manager - Project Manzil IPE Global Limited, funded by Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), at Department of Economic Empowerment in Udaipur Rajasthan , I work to provide support in several innovative and path breaking interventions that are designed to be scaled up in partnership with government of Rajasthan India – run skill development & life skill education for adolescent girls through approach reflect methods that are an extension of business , such as market and consumer analysis (Demand) , front line data use (Supply)and strategic alliances through Rajasthan skill & livelihoods development corporation platform, resource mapping, Integrated app based technology solutions, Digital village mapping and empower adolescent girls to mobilize community for claiming best critical services related to prevention of child marriage , reproductive & maternal health , I also worked with IPE Global Limited as District Manager in RAJPUSHTH Project to Support Department of Health & ICDS. Domain expertise entails Women Empowerment , Maternal, Child Health & Nutrition , Girl Child Education, Women Empowerment, PRIs Community Development Interventions, IT-enabled project and Social Behavior Change Communication , I am a solution-oriented professional who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments where my performance directly impacts the bottom line. Earlier I was working as Project Manager in Surat Urban Habitat Project in TATA TRUSTS to provide support for Surat Municipal Corporation for planning & establishment of shelters under DAYNULM Scheme. Before that I was working as Program officer in AKSHADA(RajSangam). The programme (‘Akshada’) was focus on the crucial ‘1000 days’ between conception and age 2 of a child and that’s include the most critical areas like maternal anaemia, neo-natal mortality and improving immunization.
I also worked as Regional Manager in ICDS system strengthening& Nutrition Improvement Project (ISSNIP) under PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Ltd. for the support of State Project Management Unit Directorate of ICDS Government of Madhya Pradesh. I also worked as a Divisional Nutrition Extender in Child Development and Nutrition Section at UNICEF Programmes, Deputed to work under supervision of Divisional Joint Director, State Government of Madhya Pradesh Department of Women and Child Development. I also worked in Nutrition International India as Divisional Coordinator in Vitamin –A supplement program at Madhya Pradesh. I got chance to work with some well known institutions like Samarthan Bhopal M.P., Naandi Foundation Hyderabad A.P. , ISAP New Delhi , XIDAS Jabalpur M.P. As required during my previous work roles I have developed a sound understanding of Government systems in multiple states of India and processes especially women empowerment , public health quality in convergence with ICDS & Health Department , I have a bank of innovative thoughts for this important and challenging mission. I believe that my background Post Graduation in Rural Development & Two Years Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights, One year Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Nutrition , Bachelors in Commerce, Journalism and Communication (B.Com + BJC), with more than 17 years experience in the field of development especially in Women empowerment , Public Health and Nutrition & WASH Training , Research and Mass Media Campaigning Programs Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation to support state functionaries to Develop data collection tools to capture /collect data, training data and monitoring the data collection mechanism Process Documentation , has prepared me well for the analytical challenges of professionals and I would like to be considered for the challenge-oriented work. I have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to excel in the chosen field. If I get opportunity, I will prove my talent.
