I am a self-driven, result oriented public health professional with about seven years of experience with Masters in Health Administration and BDS. During this period with my project managerial skills, technical knowledge and adaptability, I have led implementation of projects in varied thematic areas including maternal and child health, infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases, in five states- Rajasthan, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh (HP), Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
Using ICT platforms and conceptualizing digital solutions to enhance the project outcomes has been an area of keen interest. I have conceptualized and demonstrated technology led solutions for systems strengthening, private sector engagement and demand side interventions within the public health system while closely working with State NHMs. A few of the technology based innovations that I have conceptualized and successfully demonstrated within the public health settings are-
1. Heath ATM- 3 in 1 integrated solution of telemedicine, point of care diagnostics and medicine dispenser remotely controlled by a doctor- for improving access to healthcare in hard to reach areas)
2.Healthcard- For screening of population for risk factors for non-communicable diseases, diagnosis and follow-up
3.AES Application and MIS to engage with private healthcare providers for AES case notification and tracking of cases along with GIS Mapping of private providers
