Professional Experience: |
At SELCO Foundation, with the key responsibility to build an Ecosystem to support Energy access with key elements as Community organisations, Technology providers and financial institutions. I am accountable for Identification, Planning and Implementation of various decentralized renewable energy programs across development verticals like Household energy access, Education, Health and Livelihoods across Rajasthan. This involves extensive efforts to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders such as technology providers, local governments, rural community organisations, grass root organisations/Partners and NGO’s.
As a Training Coordinator/Centre Head worked with ICICI foundation for Inclusive Growth, I was assigned with the foundation’s sustainable livelihoods and skill development vertical. I managed and scaled up the projects to achieve the target and vision of the foundation. During my tenure here, I have consistently delivered on the outcomes of the project in a time-bound manner while managing multiple external stakeholders. I have considerable immersive field experience in the community and possess a good understanding of the issues and solutions for implementing corporate CSR projects. I was associated with SRIJAN India, Madhya Pradesh where I got a direct insight into the functioning of a grass-root level NGO.

I did my Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj,Hyderabad. I am expertise in rural development management tools and techniques. I am a B.tech Graduate and worked in software industry so i have a exposure of Corporate culture.I have a good educational background with above 80% throughout my academics. I was awarded with silver medal in the PGDRDM Batch 7 in NIRD & PR,Hyderabad. I did my high school from one of the best institutes of Jharkhand and secured 81%.
