Professional Experience: |
Presently, I am working as a Young Professional in Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (Jeevika), A world bank project, where my responsibilities included supply chain management, Fund management at district level, liaison with government department, to conduct animal health and awareness camp, provide vaccination at field level and through poultry intervention, Goat intervention & DCS intervention provide livelihood to poorest of the poor. As a livestock manager, I am working with 10,000 beneficiaries in 54 Poultry mother unit, and 60 dairy co-operative society and 28 Goat producer groups.
Previously, I was working as a block project manager in NRLM block, where my responsibilities were to eradicate poverty with the help of community based organization. I am responsible for nurturing CBOs, liaison with banking institutions also responsible for Managing Initial Capitalization Fund, community level training. I am overall in-charge of finance and administrative functions of Block project implementation unit and responsible for up keeping of MIS. Also, I have worked with other government project, which called intensive participatory planning exercise in which I have conducted Participatory rural appraisal and I have done monitoring and evolution of the program. Also, I have experience of village mapping and survey, conducting training needs assessment, Mobilization of rural youth for skill development training, and I have identified micro-enterprises for livelihood opportunity for villagers during my summer internship.
