Professional Experience: |
I have over a decade of work experience in public health with an international and national NGO, government, training institute, and a consultancy. My job at Ideosync Media Combine taught me the importance of research and communication in any project, it gave me chance to explore community radio and learn how one can reach the larger and diverse population with minimal efforts. Additionally, my work at Ipas Development Foundation helped me in identifying priority areas for intervention, operational challenges in service delivery, collaboration with donors and creating evidence for policy-making. At NIHFW I got the opportunity to conduct research, evaluate training needs of different states of India under the purview of National Health Mission and at the same time monitor and evaluate the actual training and service delivery in the periphery. In addition, working at Medica Synergie enhanced my proposal writing skills.
Apart from being a team player, I have also demonstrated an ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision and guidance. Having worked in an international organization, I am comfortable in working in a culturally diverse environment.
Therefore, I bring with me the experience of working and managing multiple stakeholders- government, non-government and private institutions. Understanding the government functionaries in India along with the field level service delivery will be my key strength for this role. I am confident about my ability to coordinate with different teams across the globe.
