Handling the role of Training Coordinator with dual responsibility of livelihoods project and Centre management.
· Managing the project life cycle of CSR projects with implementation agencies NGOs.
· Liasoning with project stakeholders for projecting organisation’s mission and vision and making it more inclusive.
· Responsible for communications- Presentations, Analysis, Reports.
· Functioning in close connection with other line departments-Finance, Admin, HR and content and training.
· Implementation of RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) Ministry of Rural Development, Government of
India project at Udaipur. Monitoring and super-vising of all the Pre-Training, Training and Post-Training activities.
Special focus on quality of training, meeting the training target, minimizing the Drop Out rate, ensuring the training
need analysis and high settlement rate.
· Prepared Socio-Economic profile of the various blocks to understand the existing condition and livelihood options
and possible interventions in terms of Livelihood promotion through skill training.
· Prepared an outline of Village Adoption Plan which is to be undertaken by ICICI Bank and possible interventions.
· Developed Sustainable Livelihoods Framework for ICICI RSETI and trained people within the organization to
implement it effectively.
· Engaged in standardization of the training center, center and batch monitoring process and review the various
training programmes and organizing the various awareness programmes.
· Conducted study on the dropouts, unsettled trainees and strengthening the counselling process.
· Engaged in designing the Annual action Plan for the financial year 2016-17.
· Engaged in Conducting various quality training programmes as per NAR (National Academy for RUDSETI) –MoRD
guidelines and ICICI foundation framework.
· Liaison with other organization’s / Foundations engaged in Rural Development, Bank officials for credit Linkages

placement assistance and Follow up team for post training follow up of the passed out trainees.

– PIA Inspection (7 days)

Brief: A field trip complete exposure Kovel Foundation an their working, Visit to Girijan Cooperative corporation
in vizag for their working pattern, marketing, credit linkage etc. Tribal area visit near aarku their SHG working,
Village hart and meeting with Director of Tribal Welfare department
 Objective – Understanding Rural Product Marketing (5 days)
State: Andhra Pradesh, India.
Districts/Villages: Karimnagar(Indra Kranthi Patham) - Paddy Procurement Centre, Shadnagar - vegetable
and cereal markets and a study on Regulated Market Committee, Pochampally - Handloom Park and a training
institute and deals with export of silk sarees, Koylagudem(Handloom Cooperative), Hindupur-(study of
sericulture and value chain analysis and major livelihood of the village).
Brief: It was a visit to the various market places like vegetable market, cereal market, paddy collection center,
cooperatives of handloom and a training institute of handloom. This was basically to know the problems faced
by these people. This trip was basically to appreciate issues facing Rural Product Marketing, the value chains
system and scope for improving services and infrastructure for Rural Product Marketing in India.
 Other short visit to Rural Technology park (RTP) at NIRDPR, bank visit, project work related field
visit for rural product marketing.
