Experience in handling GOI/international funded multi sectoral development projects over these years being implemented through state government of Odisha and non-governmental agencies.
Developed communication frame-work for the Department of Sports & Youth Services, Govt. of Odisha and shared with State, District and Block units for effective implementation of Programmes and Schemes under it.
Development of communication strategies for schemes under ‘Bhubaneswar Smart City’ initiatives, under Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.
Successfully screened the ‘Active Citizenship’ Audio-Visual Volumes in nearly 3000 Colleges of Odisha covering nearly 6 lakh youth during 2014-16.
Compiled youth behavioral change, success stories from across Odisha and compilation of ‘Change Agents’ under the flagship scheme of ‘Active Citizenship'.
Conceptualized and developed story lines, edited and dubbed three (3) volumes of impactful films, each of 90 mins duration, christened as ‘Active Citizenship Film Show’ under Odisha State Youth Policy-2013,covering themes of Patriotism, Civic Sense, Respect to Women,Abhorrance to Drugs and Empathy for the Disabled.
Designed and circulated thematic posters, leaflets, pamphlets, booklets, youth diaries and other IEC materials on different thrust areas under Odisha State Youth Policy-2013.
Coordinated with National Informatics Centre (NIC) and OCAC (Odisha Computer Application Centre) and IT support agencies empanelled under Govt. of Odisha towards development of dedicated web portal for monitoring, evaluation and fund management under different schemes of Sports & YS Department.
Steering and management of ‘Yuva Vani’ activity pillar under ‘Biju Yuva Vahini’ programme, on-line portal management and opinion sharing/exchange of ideas from across the state in the established social media platforms with 3.5 lakh youth on fold.
Planned and strategies envisaged towards mass campaigning of ‘Mission Yuva Shakti’ and ‘Biju Yuva Vahini’ programmes under aegis of Department of Sports & Youth Services and United Nations Population Fund(UNFPA).
Developed teasers, story lines, caption lines, tag lines and other creatives for the for 22nd Asian Athletics Championships, 2017 Bhubaneswar and facilitated in telecast/broadcast through different channels for mass coverage.
Conceptualized, designed and published quarterly and annual work plans and reports for the Department of Sports & Youth Services and UNFPA over last four years.
Participated and contributed in development of mass awareness audio series and AV IEC materials for various stakeholders like CCIs/NGOs/ CBOs/Police/Child Welfare Committee/Juvenile Justice Board etc. on Integrated Child Development Scheme for Women & Child Development Department, Govt. of Odisha.
Organized and lead more than 200 no of workshops/seminars/orientations/training sessions on ICPS/Active Citizenship Programme/Biju

Me a Doctorate in Environmental Economics,an area which was of my natural interest and passion after years of service in social sector,particularly in agro-livelihood sector in my hometown,Cuttack. My appetite for developmental sector initiatives,promted me to obtain Master's degree in Social Work and Master's degree in Rural Development as well,though I post graduated in Analytical Economics long before I found my vocation in social sector.To add value to my academic pursuits,I also have cleared Bachelor Of Law degree and have obtained Diplomas like PG Diploma in Value Education etc. I am a certified computer professional as well.
