I am a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from JNU and have worked with large national/international organizations and government programs for bringing about changes in policy and practices. I have designed and managed research studies, documented best practices and created Knowledge Management hubs. I was also a lead writer of policy documents, worked with multicultural teams and managed professional staff who directly reported to me. My hobbies include writing popular English fiction novels
